Shipping policy

We offer free exchanges within 30 days. If a size isn't right, just email us on hello@wearetalou.com and we will send you a return label.

Returns are also 30 days. For returns we ask that the customer covers the postage. You can just drop us an email with any questions.

If you need a certain shipping option that doesn't appear on the checkout, do drop us an email as we can usually arrange quick, next day shipping, or any special requests. Email hello@wearetalou.com and we will always do our best to help.
